For as long as the original purchaser owns the tires, Rick Johnson Auto and Tire will either repair or replace (as necessary) the tires covered under this Limited Protection Policy. Specifically this policy protects you from damage by cuts, snags, punctures, scuffs or carcass bruises excluding vandalism or accident damage. Under this policy the original vehicle owner is covered provided the tires are still located on the original vehicle and must possess at least 2/32 of tread remaining. In the event of replacement, the purchaser will receive a prorated replacement and shall pay only for the percentage of the original usable tread depth used by the purchaser. The final price to be paid by the customer will equal the percent of original usable tread depth used. This will be multiplied by the current selling price at which the customer is entitled to buy at the time of adjustment. This policy does NOT cover balancing and installation after initial 5,000 miles. |
