Chris Begley was very polite. Finally found someone in Florida she can trust. Chris showed her that her brakes were bad and he showed her the brakes when they were done so she could see the difference. Pleased with service, was offered coffee and bottled water. I just wanted to take a second to thank the guys at the Estero store. It was my first time going to a Rick Johnson Auto and Tire, and I was impressed. I took note of the things they did that other shops do not. For example, I appreciated the covering on the steering wheel so it wouldn’t get dirty, the cleaning of the wheels/tires, the free Wi-Fi, the duplicate copy of the invoice to facilitate the processing of the rebate, and more importantly, the free coffee. Those things did not go unnotice…Thank you. David
