LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

All parts, unless otherwise stated, come with Rick Johnson Auto and Tire Center’s Limited Lifetime Warranty. For the life of the vehicle Rick Johnson Auto and Tire Centers will replace any part that we have installed provided the following criteria are met:

  • Warranty parts may not be tampered with or otherwise affected in any way as to cause their original intended lifetime to end prematurely.
  • Related, recommended repairs that are NECESSARY to keep replacement parts in correct working order MUST BE DONE.

Assuming the above criteria has been met. Replacement parts are at NO COST.[/expand]

12 MONTHS/12,000 MILES WARRANTY

All labor for installation of repair parts, unless otherwise stated, come with Rick Johnson Auto and Tire Center’s 12 Month/12,000 Mile warranty. If for any reason repairs that were done previously must be redone, within 12 months or 12,000 miles, the labor is at NO COST provided the following criteria are met:

  • No modifications to the original work has been done.
  • Necessary warranty parts pertaining to the work, have been replaced.

WARRANTY CLAIMS WHILE ABROAD

Many Rick Johnson Auto and Tire Center customers come from not only the Southwest Florida region but also from abroad. Customers who find they are away from the Southwest Florida area and are unable to return to a Rick Johnson Auto and Tire Center should contact us at 239-643-4415 PRIOR TO ANY DIAGNOSES OR WORK BEING DONE if possible.

While we understand emergencies arise, if you MUST go to the first automotive repair center you can find, please contact us prior to authorizing ANY work to be done.

In the event you require warranty repairs or replacement parts or tires we will locate the nearest location that is capable of handling your needs under our warranty service and replacement parts guidelines.
